Our properties offer a security system to protect the integrity and property of the guests, however, caring of these elements is responsibility of the owner. In each room there is a security box.
If you require any visit to the room, you must announce it at the reception of the building, you must have to sign a Disclaimer and present their original identification document. The Guest is responsible for the use of the accommodation and the actions of his companions.
In compliance with current regulations and in line with our Quality Management System, the building is a smoke, tobacco or weed free space. For this reason, the consumption of cigarettes, tobacco or any derivative is not allowed in internal areas including bedrooms. Failure to comply with the above generates an economic sanction equivalent to 100 USD.
In accordance with national regulations (Law 17 of 1981), the building prevents the commercialization and illicit trafficking of flora, fauna, and cultural property (Law 397 of 1997).
We are a pet-free building. (Pets are no allowed)
